The score reflects whether a venue completed the checks, compliance tasks and standards it was set, on time. Missed or overdue items pull the score down, so a low score is a direct signal of where to focus.
Can area managers see only their own venues?
Yes. Access follows your structure. An area manager sees the sites they are responsible for, a venue manager sees their venue, and site staff see only what is relevant to their role.
